Anger Management course for reality star Khloe Kardashian

Kim Kardashian and Khole Kardashian have had their share of publicized mishaps and subsequent interventions but when physical aggression threatened to put a riff between Kardashian family members they turned to expert anger management specialist Shannon Munford.

Anger is progressive

If you have been watching Keeping up with the Kardashians on the E Network you know that the tension between Scott Disck, (Kourtney Kardashian’s boyfriend) and the Kardashian family has been building. Things erupted last week as Khole Karsdashian slapped Scott in the face.

Stress and Anger

It is obvious Khole has been under a little stress. A whirlwind romance with Lakers forward Lamar Odom culminated in a nationally- viewed televised wedding. She is now shopping for a multi-million dollar home on a mini-million dollar budget. She has to do all this while running a bi-costal clothing company (Dash) and posing for the paparazzi.

Anger and Alcohol

Everyone should have noticed Khole had a few drinks before her altercation with Scott. If you happen to be drunk during angry confrontation you may lack the ability to reason effectively. Such confrontations generally lead into acts of aggression.

Anger is not the problem

Anger is not the problem. It is what we do when we are angry that can have grave consequences. This something Kim and Khole learned while sitting in on an anger management class at Daybreak Counseling Service. We all have a right to be angry, but physical violence should be avoided at all costs.

Shannon Munford is the owner of Daybreak Counseling Service, an anger management education center in Los Angeles, California. His expertise has been invaluable to nationally televised shows such as MTV Real World Hollywood, Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club 3 and My Network TV’s Decision House. Shannon currently has a new series in the works with the production company Screen Door Entertainment. For more information contact him at 310-995-1202 or email day_breakllc@yahoo.com.
